Excellent hotel, it offers good services and favourable location adjacent to many restaurants and stores nearby, stores and many restaurants. Excellent and very pleasant staff as one would expect. New-fashioned, upscale room complete with the several couches and 2 full beds, for example.

The customer service at the front desk could have been better. There were times when I had to wait because no one was there, and the girl I spoke to about an issue with overcharges was rude and unhelpful.
